Coming off their only loss of the seaon, the Western Albemarle boys soccer team got back to its winnings ways in the quarterfinals of the Jefferson District tournament on Thursday with a 4-1 win over Louisa County.
Will Odom picked up a pair of goals in the first half and Aaron Meyers and Hayes Fountain, a freshman, notched two more in the second half.
Both Myers and Lane Gearhart tallied assists in the win. Elijah Payne scored the lone goal for Louisa.
Western hosts Charlottesville on Tuesday in the JD semifinals.
