Behind a pair of goals from Josh Pugh, the Orange County boys soccer team was able to top William Monroe 4-2 on Monday night.
Pugh scored twice in the first half, once on a corner kick from Cody Bennett and then again on a header off of a cross by Austin Horner. Ryan Jenkins also tallied a goal on a breakaway after Troy Johnson hit him with a pass. Cody Bennett registered the fourth and final goal for Orange off an assist from Pugh.
The Hornets (8-6, 6-6) host Fluvanna County on Thursday at 5:30 p.m.
