Fluvanna County’s boys tennis team picked up a big victory Monday night, rolling 8-1 past Goochland to move to 4-3 on the season.
“I am just so proud of these guys and how they continually push each other to get better,” said Fluvanna coach Jason Davis.
While Brendan Otten fell at No. 1 singles, John Herrick, Kyle Wicks, Kyle Day, Caleb Blevins and Michael Tamony made sure it didn’t matter by sweeping singles at No. 2 through No. 6.
The Flucos host Powhatan Tuesday and Louisa on Wednesday.
