Robert Harris will take over as the new Charlottesville High school student activities director, taking over after Rick Lilly’s departure for Winchester’s John Handley High.
Harris was the head boys basketball coach at Division III’s Shenandoah University until February of 2011, when he resigned the post. Harris was an assistant athletic director at Shenandoah during that tenure.
Harris will officially start his responsibilities July 2.
