Albemarle’s girls tennis team bounced back in solid fashion Thursday night, beating Louisa County 8-1 just a few days after a narrow loss to Monticello.
The Patriots jumped out to a 3-0 lead in doubles, but Louisa’s Liz Kronader managed to beat Molly Napolitano at the No. 1. Albemarle answered by sweeping the other five singles matches, getting a huge lift from Erin McCullen’s 8-6 win at No. 2.
