Albemarle girls soccer earned its third tie of the season Tuesday night in a 2-2 battle with Mountain View.
Lizzie Marks and Lauren Thomas knocked in goals for the Patriots while Joy Piirto picked up an assist with her corner kick on Marks’ score.
Betsy Haugh came up with seven saves while a five-player rotation on defense of Piirto, Emily Davison, Emma Spellman, Catherine Waldron and Meg Carpenter stood strong for Albemarle.
Mountain View got a pair of goals form Megan Gould during the tie.
Albemarle is now 6-2-3 and 5-2-3 in the Commonwealth District.
