For the second straight game goalkeeper Betsy Haugh and the Albemarle girls soccer team recorced a shutout On Thursday night the Patriots beat Brooke Point 5-0 in their Commonwealth District opener.
Maggie Willis, Maggie Tubridy, Lauren Thomas, Lauren Thomas, Lauren Brady and Shannon Bisselink all had goals in the win.
Albemarle (2-0-1, 1-0) will host North Stafford on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
