Albemarle High’s boys tennis team is picking up steam. The Patriots shutout Stafford 9-0 Tuesday night to stay unbeaten through five matches.
Lee Wilson knocked off Stafford’s Matt Coyne Tuesday 10-4 t the No.1 spot and that helped the Patriot get moving as they piled up a slew of victories en route to the match victory.
Albemarle (5-0, 4-0 CD) plays at Colonial Forge this Thursday at 5 p.m.
