STAB girls lacrosse offense explodes, beats Covenant

St. Anne’s-Belfield’s girls lacrosse team made short work of Covenant Tuesday evening, rolling 21-5 over the Eagles.

 

Annie Cory factored in on 11 of those goals, scoring seven goals and dishing out two assists. Caroline DiGiacomo also posted a big night with six goals. Maddie Hunter was dominant on the draw with six controls and also finished with hat trick. McKenzie Maurer had four draw controls on the night while also notching three assists and a goal.

 

Carlin Maurer, Elizabeth Carden, Mailynn Steppe and Catherine Carden each had a goal. Elizabeth Carden each had two assists while Maurer had one helper. Steppe also had four draw controls.

 

The Saints have a critical matchup Friday at 4:30 against Collegiate while the Eagles will face Collegiate Tuesday.
