Bradley Hanner just kept mowing down every batter Powhatan sent to the plate.
Every. Single. One.
Hanner struck out 11 Tuesday night and threw a perfect game, boosting Orange to a 9-0 victory and setting up a big-time showdown Thursday against rival Louisa County.
Hanner didn’t surrender a single walk or a hit in seven innings and at the plate he knocked in three runs of his own, going 2-for-4 with a double. Joel Wright also registered three RBI, while Christian Amos and Justin Beaty each had an RBI. Tre Smith also had a double.
