Monticello moves past Orange in four games

It was a big night for the Monticello seniors. Powell assisted on a whopping 40 kills on the night and 20 of them went to Archer. Conversely, on defense senior Erica Watson put in her usual double-digit dig performance finishing with 13 for the match to help the Mustangs continue the biggest turnaround so far this year in the district.

For Orange, Rachel Donaldson put up a triple double with 14 kills, 14 digs and 10 blocks. Teammate Ashley O’Sullivan contributed seven kills and Hornets setter Maria Kotulka had 19 assists. Jessica Morris had a game high 21 digs.
