The breakdown on the local squads that qualified for the postseason:
In VHSL’s Group AA, Louisa, Western Albemarle and Goochland advanced.
Louisa (7-3) is the No. 5 seed in Region II, Division 4 the Lions will travel to take on Liberty Bealton (7-3).
Western Albemarle (9-1) is the No. 3 seed in Region II, Division 3 and hosts Skyline (6-4) Saturday at 1 p.m. at Monticello.
Goochland (9-1) is the No. 4 seed in Region II, Division 3 and will be the home team when they face Millbrook (5-5) Friday night at Monticello High.
In the VISAA, Blue Ridge and Fork Union advanced.
Blue Ridge, the No. 1 seed, hosts No. 4 Atlantic Shores at 1 p.m. Saturday in Division II.
No.4 seed Fork Union travels to No. 1 Collegiate at 1 p.m. Saturday in Division I at 1:30 p.m.
