Correction to print edition of Scrimmage Play:
In our March 2010 edition of Scrimmage Play, a column on page 12 indicated that Carl Frye is retiring this year as the athletic director at the Blue Ridge School. That is not the case, Frye has simply reached a critical benchmark, his 40th year, at the helm of the department. He has no plans to retire any time soon.
We apologize to Frye and the rest of the Blue Ridge athletic family. Scrimmage Play regrets the error.
